SC troopers: SUV involved in fatal hit-and-run was found
SENECA, S.C. (AP) — South Carolina Highway Patrol troopers say they’ve found the sports utility vehicle that they believed was involved in the hit-and-run wreck that killed an 11-year-old girl.
Troopers tell WYFF-TV that they were looking for a 2005-2010 white Chevy Tahoe that hit Emmalee Budrevich about 9:30 p.m. Saturday in Seneca. Troopers said Monday that the vehicle had been found. No other details were released.
Authorities believe Emmalee and her friends were walking to a store from her home when she was hit.
Services will be held Thursday at Brown-Oglesby Funeral Home in Seneca.
