SINNAMAHONING, Pa. -- David L. Bockhorst, 58, of Sinnamahoning (formerly of Watertown, Wisconsin) passed away on Wednesday, Oct. 31, 2018.

A funeral service will be held on Friday at Hafemeister Funeral Home in Watertown at 5 p.m. with the Rev. Jeffrey Meyer of Christ United Methodist Church in Watertown officiating. Family and friends may gather at the funeral home from 4 p.m. until the time of service. Burial will be held at Roselawn Memorial Park in Madison, Wisconsin, on Saturday.

David Lee Bockhorst was born on May 19, 1960, to Bernard “Bernie” L. Bockhorst and Mary (nee Jacoby) Bockhorst. David attended St. Mark’s Grade School and Watertown High School. He loved NASCAR racing, country music and the Chicago Bears. He was an excellent listener, and enjoyed helping out family and friends when in need.

David has started the party with his reunited loved ones: father, Bernie Bockhorst; family friend and uncle, Dick Jacoby; aunt, Beatice Dremler; sister-in-law, Wendy Bockhorst; uncles, Richard Jacoby, Robert Jacoby; aunt, Alice Jacoby; family friend, Joyce Kornacki.

He will be missed by his fiancée, Bonnie Maxson of Sinnamahoning; mother, Mary Bockhorst of Watertown; sons, Chris Kuntz of Florida, Joshua Bockhorst-Uebele of Watertown; daughter, Ashley (Jared) Wahmhoff of Reeseville, Wisconsin; stepdaughters, Silkie Geller of Louisiana, Heather Day of Oklahoma; stepson, Vince Snyder of Watertown; sister, Brenda Bockhorst of Watertown; brothers, Bill (Connie) Bockhorst of Mesa, Arizona, Ken (Mary Beth) of Beaver Dam, Wisconsin; grandchildren, Conrad Wahmhoff, Zander Geller, Emily Barlow, Racheal Kuntz, Colten Day; nephew, Allen Bockhorst; special friend, Betsy Thibodeau. However, David will be sure to put the names of his loved ones on the party list so that they can one day join the party.
