Boulder County Turns in 130K Ballots As of Midnight

Boulder County has seen more than 130,000 ballots already turned in as of just after midnight, with voting open until 7 p.m. today.

According to the Colorado Secretary of State’s Office, a total of 131,123 ballots have been returned in Boulder County as of 12:34 a.m. today.

The numbers show women outvoting men 67,455 to 61,542, with about 2,000 ballots with an unknown gender. Democrats have turned in 65,226 ballots compared to 20,610 Republican and 43,734 unaffiliated.

The Secretary of State’s Office shows 27,563 ballots have been returned in Broomfield County, while Weld has returned 78,124.

Statewide, approximately 1.8 million ballots have been returned so far.

Voting will close at 7 p.m. tonight. Residents can still register and vote today at polling centers , and ballots can also be turned in at drop-off locations.
