Suspect confesses to killing Ardmore model during violent scuffle over drugs

Jonathan Wesley Harris went to Christina Carlin-Kraft’s apartment in Ardmore to sell her cocaine, according to a statement he gave to police. He left hours later in a panic after savagely beating her, wrapping her body in what detectives likened to “a cocoon” of bedding.

“I panicked and was scared. I didn’t know what to do,” Harris, 30, said in his statement, read on Friday during his preliminary hearing in Ardmore district court. “I knew I was going to be in trouble.”
