CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were higher Thursday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for September delivery was unchanged at $5.2325 a bushel; September corn was 2.50 cents higher at $3.74 a bushel; December oats were unchanged at $2.69 a bushel; while November soybeans were 16.50 cents higher at 9.7250 a bushel.

Beef lower and pork higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

August live cattle was 1.97 cents lower at $1.4835 a pound; August feeder cattle was 3.05 cents lower at $2.2050 a pound; August lean hogs gained .15 cent to $.7250 a pound.
