For example, one of his listings was under construction and he visited the site every other day to see progress and learn every aspect of the home. So, when showing the home, he would know the answers.
After the home sold, it was still under construction and he continued to stop by to check on the progress, and to ensure all was going as planned for his clients.
Katz is known for staying abreast of the latest trends in the market and in technology, as well as being responsive and available for his clients, outgoing, friendly, a people person, and has a good reputation with clients and other Realtors.
