Thomas M. Deliganis Joins ECS Learning Systems as Head of Sales

SAN ANTONIO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct 10, 2018--ECS Learning Systems, the leading Integrated Standards Prep™ company and developer of STAAR MASTER ®, announced today Thomas M. Deliganis has joined the company as its new Head of Sales. For over 25 years, Mr. Deliganis has held executive sales positions at leading educational technology companies. He brings this expertise, and his reputation for building sales teams and growing national sales to ECS Learning Systems. Mr. Deliganis is initially focused on the Texas market with STAAR MASTER® but ECS Learning Systems also plans to leverage his expertise to grow its PREPWORKS® product line nationwide.

Previously, Mr. Deliganis served as Principal with Deliganis and Associates, a strategic consulting firm. Over the course of his career he held positions as the National Director of Sales at Leaps, Vice President of Sales at Graduation Alliance (Formerly AdvancePath Academics), Regional Vice President at Capstone, Vice President of Sales at Ignite! Learning, and Vice President at Plato Learning. Mr. Deliganis has been honored with sales awards including Presidents Club for 10 consecutive years. He has a BS in Political Science from the University of Houston and is an active volunteer in the local Houston community. Mr. Deliganis is also an accomplished author.
