HS TENNIS: Cadden, Dutter Fuel Holy Cross

Caroline Cadden and Theresa Dutter won their singles matches in straight sets to lead Holy Cross to a 4-1 win over Wallenpaupack in a Lackawanna League girls tennis match Monday.

At Mid Valley, Karah Laboranti and Morgan Haefele won their singles matches to lead the Spartanettes to a 4-1 win over Scranton. Angelina Huffman won at No. 1 singles for the Lady Knights.

At North Pocono, Sarah Sposito, Megan Carney and Ashley Dunn won their singles matches in straight sets to lead the Lady Trojans to a 3-2 win over Honesdale. Taylor Maxson-Kerry Rodriguez and Ali Miszler-Kelly Varcoe had doubles wins for Honesdale.

At Montrose, Bella Peters and Lauren Koczwara won their singles matches in straight sets to lead Abington Heights to a 3-2 win. Mia Perry won at No. 3 singles for Montrose.

At the Loyola Complex, Megan McDonald, Carly Habeeb and Camilla Rinaldi won their singles matches in straight sets to lead Scranton Prep to a 5-0 win over West Scranton.

At Dunmore, Allison Mattern, Sam Atcavage and Journey Sosa won their singles matches in straight sets to lead Western Wayne to a 5-0 win.

At Valley View, Faith Kendricks, Gianna Snell and Gia Mercatili won their singles matches in straight sets to lead the Cougars to a 5-0 win over Riverside.
