Mary Ann Berry, 73, of Bradley, passed away Thursday (Dec. 27, 2018) at Riverside Medical Center in Kankakee.
She was born April 9, 1945, in Kankakee, the daughter of Andrew and Helen (Kendziorek) Wilkins. Mary married Charles Berry on April 4, 1964, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Bradley.
Mary worked for the Bradley School District and Presence St. Mary’s Hospital in Kankakee. She retired from Walmart.
Surviving are her husband, Charles Berry, of Bradley; two daughters and two sons-in-law, Jackie and Steve Graeber, of North Carolina, and Wendy and Tim Fisher, of Limestone; three grandchildren, Mary Beth and Daniel Wyatt, of North Carolina, and Briana Fisher and Tyler Fisher, both of Limestone; and two great-grandchildren, Kendall Wyatt and Avery Wyatt, both of North Carolina.
Preceding her in death were her parents; one son, Scott Berry; and three brothers, Henry “Hank” Wilkins, John Wilkins and Andrew Wilkins.
Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 30, at Clancy-Gernon Funeral Home in Bourbonnais. A funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Monday, Dec. 31, also at the funeral home. Deacon Patrick Skelly will officiate. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Kankakee.
