Legion Post 672 Holds Pearl Harbor Day Ceremony

Daddow-Isaacs Dallas American Legion Post 672 held its annual Pearl Harbor Day ceremony recently. The Rev. Bill Lewis offered prayers, John Emil Sr. gave an address on Pearl Harbor, Clarence J. Michael led in a chorus of “Remember Pearl Harbor,” and George Tucker played Taps. The honor guard gave a rifle salute. The post said it holds the observance because it never wants the public to take the sacrifices at Pearl Harbor for granted or to forget about this anniversary. From left, are George Tucker, John Emil Sr., the Rev. Bill Lewis, Charlie Kishbaugh, Harold Bolton, Ned Podehl, and Rich Malak. Clarence J. Michael took the photograph.
