Annual Into Africa dinner and auction serves African and American dishes

African and American dishes are on the menu at the annual Into Africa dinner and auction Oct. 13.

Tickets are on sale now.

They are $75 per person or $550 for a table for eight.

Proceeds benefit Partnering for Progress programs in rural Kenya.

This year’s keynote speaker is Nereah Obura, project coordinator for Partnering for Progress in Kopanga and Giribe. Auctioneer Jeff Owens, assisted by KREM TV news anchor Jane McCarthy, will lead the evening’s live auction.
