Capital High School opens military-rated obstacle course

CHARLESTON - With 2019 in full swing, the Capital JROTC program, in partnership with Putnam County Storm Lacrosse, is opening the largest military rated permanent obstacle course in West Virginia to the public for the inaugural Dirty Leprechaun Obstacle Course Run. Both seasoned runners and the inexperienced enthusiast can try this obstacle course mixed with a double and single track 5K trail run.

There are competitive (elite), high school and casual (open) heats available for athletes of all fitness levels. Register as an individual or as a team of 5 at a discounted rate.

Additional Events include both a pull-up competition and a tire flip challenge. Awards will be given for the top 3 finishers in the elite, high school and team events. Registration must be completed by Sunday, March 3, to receive your free participant T-shirt.
