ST. LOUIS (AP) _ Defensemen Vince Dunn and Robert Bortuzzo scored second-period goals that helped the St. Louis Blues overcome another big game from San Jose’s Logan Couture with a 4-2 victory. The win ties the Western Conference final at one game apiece. Dunn’s second goal of the postseason gave the Blues a 2-0 lead and Bortuzzo then added his first career playoff goal late in the period after Couture had tied the game.

NEW YORK (AP) _ The medical bills for the New York Yankees continue to climb. On the same day New York activated center fielder Aaron Hicks for the first time this season, third baseman Miguel Andújar and right-hander Jonathan Loaisiga were placed on the 10-day injured list. The moves Monday left the Yankees with 13 players on the IL. They’ve put 17 on the list for 18 total stints this year.

PHILADELPHIA (AP) _ Phillies reliever David Robertson was told by Dr. James Andrews not to throw for three weeks to allow the flexor strain in his right elbow time to heal. Robertson hasn’t pitched since April 14. Philadelphia does not have a timetable for his return, but he is expected to miss at least another month. Robertson signed a $23 million deal in the offseason. The 34-year-old right-hander was 0-1 with a 5.40 ERA in seven appearances.

UNDATED (AP) _ This season’s Orange Bowl is moving to Dec. 30, with a prime-time kickoff, after originally being scheduled to be played the afternoon of New Year’s Day. The Orange Bowl has traditionally been played at night, but the earlier kickoff was initially planned when it became part of the six-bowl rotation that hosts the College Football Playoff. The Orange Bowl will not be hosting a national semifinal this season.

FARMINGDALE, N.Y. (AP) — Justin Thomas has withdrawn from the PGA Championship with a wrist injury, the first time he has missed a major since his rookie season. Thomas won the PGA Championship two years ago at Quail Hollow, the start of his rise to No. 1 in the world. He now is ranked No. 5. Thomas suffered a bone bruise in his right wrist when he struck a tree at the Honda Classic and felt he aggravated the injury at the Masters, the last event he played.
