Three Named to New Posts
WASHINGTON (AP) _ Richard M. Bottorf, president and publisher of the Burlington (Vt.) Free Press, has been named vice president for operations of the Gannett Corp.
In another appointment announced by Gannett, Lawrence R. Fuller, 44, director of communications, was named president and publisher of the Sioux Falls (S.D.) Argus Leader.
Fuller, who served six years on the board of the Associated Press Managing Editors Association, was managing editor of the Argus Leader in 1977 and editor and publisher of the newspaper from 1978 to 1984.
Bottorf, 51, also was a regional vice president for Gannett East.
Replacing Bottorf as president and publisher of the Free Press and as a regional vice president is Donna H. Donovan, 34, president and publisher of the Argus Leader.
Mimi Feller, 38, vice president of government relations for Gannett, was named vice president of public relations and government affairs.
Nancy J. Woodhull, 41, a senior editor of USA Today, was named to the additional post of senior editor of Gannett News Service.
