Four people arrested on felony charges

BARBOURSVILLE — Four people were arrested on felony charges Sunday, according to booking records at the Western Regional Jail.

James Gregory Anderson, 58, was incarcerated at 2:35 a.m. Sunday. Authorities in Putnam County charged him with possession with intent to deliver. Bond was not set.

Allison Paige Williams, 19, was incarcerated at midnight Sunday. Authorities in Lincoln County charged her with malicious assault, robbery, civil rights violation and misdemeanor destruction of property. Bond was $5,000.

Sara Louise Woomer, 33, was incarcerated at 6:30 a.m. Sunday. Authorities in Cabell County charged her with being a fugitive from justice, possession of a controlled substance and another unspecified charge. Bond was not set.

Alysha Jayne Harden, 26, was incarcerated at 2:30 p.m. Sunday. Authorities in Mason County charged her with battery on a police officer, two counts of obstruction and disorderly conduct. Bond was not set.
