BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) — Two girls, ages 6 and 12, were killed and seven people were injured in a crash near Busby in southern Montana.

The Montana Highway Patrol says a 15-year-old boy lost control of a sport utility vehicle Monday night and hit a culvert, causing it to roll. Three of the six occupants of the SUV were ejected. One was struck by another car on Highway 212.

Also in the SUV were a 5-year-old boy and girls ages 13 and 15. None of them were wearing seat belts. The injured were taken to the Indian Health Services hospital in Lame Deer.

The three women in the car were taken to the Lame Deer hospital.

Big Horn County Coroner Terry Bullis said he was withholding the victims' names until he notifies family members.
