Man accused of drug sales
BULLHEAD CITY — The Mohave Area General Narcotics Enforcement Team executed a search warrant Thursday at a residence in the 1800 block of Coral Isle Drive as a result of a drug-sales investigation.
Terry Dean Leslie, 45, was arrested on suspicion of possession of dangerous drugs, possession of dangerous drugs for sale, possession of narcotic drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
During the search, police reportedly found three small bags of methamphetamine with a combined weight of about 13.82 grams, about 0.81 grams of heroin in two small bags, and numerous drug paraphernalia items including scales and pipes.
Leslie was taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.
Due to medical issues, Charles Demarl Carpenter Jr., 60, will face similar drug charges at a later date, Bullhead City police spokeswoman Emily Fromelt said.
