WARRANT ARREST, BULLHEAD CITY — Jean-Pierre Hiliare Dion, 54 was arrested Jan. 24 in the 700 block of Stahlman Drive on an outstanding misdemeanor arrest warrant for shoplifting. He was taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.
UNLICENSED ANIMAL, BULLHEAD CITY — Vanessa Nicole Conlogue, 33, came to the Bullhead City animal shelter Jan. 28 to claim her cat. She was given a citation for having an unlicensed animal and failure to attach tags and released.
ASSAULT/DISORDERLY CONDUCT, BULLHEAD CITY — Aaron Doyle Hough, 38, and Michael Trey Hefner, 18, were arrested Jan. 28 after reportedly getting into an argument in a vehicle. Hough was arrested on suspicion of assault and disorderly conduct. Hefner was arrested on suspicion of DUI, minor consumption of alcohol, being a minor in control of a vehicle while under the influence and driving on a suspended license. It was reported that Hough began complaining about the way Hefner was driving. He assaulted Hefner multiple times, police spokeswoman Emily Fromelt said. Hefner had to pull onto the truck ramp at Milepost 2 on Highway 68, she said. He was taken to Western Arizona Regional Medical Center for treatment of unspecified injuries and a blood draw. Hough was taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.
