The Latest: 4-7 Inches Of Snow Tomorrow Followed By Frigid Temps

A winter storm watch remains in effect from Tuesday morning through Wednesday morning for Wayne, Pike, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Wyoming and Bradford counties.

 

A storm system moving into the Great Lakes will spread snow across the region early this evening. New snow accumulation of 1 to 2 inches is expected by daybreak Tuesday and continue through Tuesday night. Snow may be moderate to heavy at times.

 

Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations of 4 to 7 inches possible. 

 

Snow is expected to develop late tonight and continue through Tuesday night. Snow may be moderate to heavy at times.

 

Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.

 

Arctic air will move into the area Wednesday night and continue to impact the area through Friday. Dangerously low wind chills are

possible both Thursday and Friday mornings.
