Carnival Kings is just launching its first season, so its understandable why Michelin-starred chef Richie Farina isnt challenging any food vendors at the Minnesota State Fair in early episodes. If Farina, best known for incorporating science into his customers diets, has any guts, hell consider these outings to Arizona, California and Nevada as simply an appetizer to the real thing in the Twin Cities.
