Orchids and Onions: Sunday, September 16, 2018

September 17, 2018

Another beautiful day in Havasu...

Orchids to the person’s response to the lady talking Spanish in my ear. She wasn’t braless. I said her bra needs to be worn under clothing. Half her bra was exposed in the front. You misunderstood. I found it tacky. Bras are meant to be worn under clothing. My bad.

Orchids to the Lowe’s delivery guys. You both were so friendly, never complained about hauling the washer and dryer upstairs and you were on time. Thank you so much. D and J

Orchids to the Parks and Rec worker near the dog park at London Bridge Beach. Our dog collapsed due to being stung. He carried her to our car. We rushed her to the vet and she is ok now. Much appreciated and thank you.

Orchids to Bryan at Colorado River Communications for your kind manners and professionalism. If only others could have the same attitude. Don’t ever let those nearby rub off on you!

Onions to the lack of care taken on the Island side on London Bridge stairs, by the Heat. Trash, cigar butts, vomit etc. The other side is not like that. Give someone a broom!

Onions to having an RV parked it the front yard, but a school bus without windows parked on Acoma is even worse. Give me a break. This is a clean city; we don’t need a junk yard on our main street. Come on city, clean this mess up.

Onions to the onion about handicap plates and no handicap person. How do you know? Just because they are young or look normal? Someone screamed at me before they saw me walk. Mind your business. Some can only walk a short distance and you don’t know why.

Orchids to Chris H. at Auto Zone for great customer service. He helped put in our battery in our Jeep. We need more people like Chris. Thank you. T and L

Orchids, to Bill Ensley of the Over the Hill Gang car club for all of the work he is doing for the club and has done in the past. Thanks.
