DENVER (AP) _ Wesley Person scored 20 points and Shawn Kemp had 19 points and 11 rebounds Friday night as the Cleveland Cavaliers coasted to a 99-74 victory over Denver, handing the Nuggets their 19th straight loss.

Cedric Henderson added 15 points and Zydrunas Ilgauskas had 10 points and 11 rebounds for Cleveland.

After leading by five at halftime, the Cavs built an 18-point lead, 70-52, by the end of the third quarter.

Denver is just four games shy of the NBA record for the longest losing streak in a single season. Vancouver set the mark of 23 consecutive losses in 1996.

Led by Jackson's 12 first-quarter points, Denver held a 22-18 lead at the end of the period. But Cleveland began the second period with a 7-0 run keyed by Kemp's 21-foot jumper and a pair of free throws.

After Eric Washington swished a 23-foot jumper that drew Denver to 29-26 with 7:01 to play in the first half, the Nuggets went 4 1/2 minutes without scoring and Cleveland used a 10-0 run to pull away.
