NEBRASKA UNEMPLOYMENT

LINCOLN — Nebraska’s unemployment rate in February remained at 2.8 percent for the seventh month in a row, according to a state report released Friday. SENT: 340 words.

EX-TRIBAL COUNCIL MEMBERS CHARGED _ Another former Winnebago Tribal Council member has pleaded guilty to his role in stealing from the Nebraska-based tribe’s casino in Iowa.

BALD EAGLE KILLED-SENTENCE _ Prosecutors say a South Dakota man has been sentenced for his role in killing a bald eagle.
