OXFORD, Miss. (AP) _ Mississippi first baseman Brad Henderson went 3-for-4 with a triple and three RBI to lead the Rebels to a 10-2 victory over Eastern Kentucky on Saturday.

The Rebels put themselves in scoring position in the first inning when lead off batter John Satcher belted out a triple. Henderson followed up with a triple to drive in Satcher.

The Colonels tied the game in the second inning when Joe Smith's single drove in J.D. Bussell from third base. But Ole Miss (2-0) bounced back in the bottom of the third when Josh Huisman's RBI double drove in Scott Eskra from second base, and the Rebels never looked back.

The Rebels were led on the mound by Dan DeYoung (1-0), who scattered five hits and struck out five batters in four innings of work.

Keith Jones (0-1) took the loss for Eastern Kentucky (0-2). In four innings on the mound, Jones scattered five hits, allowed four runs and fanned three batters.
