David Temby Sr., 60, Beaver Dam

David Scott Temby Sr., 60, Beaver Dam passed away at home with his family by his side. on Monday, May 13, 2019.

A celebration of life will be held Saturday, May 18, at 5 p.m. at Swan City Park, Beaver Dam.

David was born the son of James and Marie (Schoch) Temby on March 4, 1959 in Superior, Wisconsin. He grew up in Park Falls, where he attended high school. David enjoyed living with his aunt Rita and uncle Ray Mentala for a few years during that time. He earned his bachelor’s degree in graphic arts and web design in 2011. He was a singer, songwriter, musician and an amazing artist. He enjoyed spending time at his grandfather William Schoch’s cabin in northern Wisconsin. David loved spending time with his children and grandchildren.

He will be missed by his partner of 30 years, Angela Olson of Beaver Dam; his children, Taylor (Hannah Prosser) of Dallas, Texas, Tyler Olson of Beaver Dam, Tiffany (Kyle) Welch of Beaver Dam, Mike (Cassandra Ramsey) Olson of Portage, Ashley (Cirdan Yarwood) Olson, Ashley (Brandon Gerke) Bladl of Beaver Dam, David Temby Jr., Dillion Temby, Casey McGonigle and Jesse Buchegar; siblings, Richard “Dickie” Temby and Kevin Temby both of Lake Tomahawk, Wisconsin, Dennis (Mona) Temby of Midland, Texas, Carol Andrews (Stu) Schwartz of Great Barrington, Massachusetts, and Ann Temby of Spencer, Wisconsin; grandchildren, Rogue, River, Ronan, Ragnarok, Teagan, Liam, Crayola, Izabella, Gavin, Gage, Jordan, Ari and Bella; longtime family friend, Nick Uttech of Beaver Dam; and his cousin, Scott Mentala of Superior. David is further survived by other relatives and friends.

David was preceded in death by his parents, James and Marie Temby; and his brother, James Temby.
