SEATTLE (AP) _ Seattle Seahawks receiver Darrell Jackson started Sunday's game against Kansas City, returning to action for the first time since his postgame seizure last month in Dallas.

Jackson was cheered when he was introduced before kickoff and he took the field with the starters for Seattle's first possession.

He sustained a concussion on a hit by Dallas safety Darren Woodson on Oct. 27, the game in which Emmitt Smith broke the NFL's career rushing record. After Seattle's 17-14 victory, Jackson had a seizure and was hospitalized overnight in Texas.

He passed a series of neurological tests two weeks ago but he was held out an additional two weeks as a precaution. He returned to practice Nov. 13 but wasn't activated for last weekend's game against Denver.
