Super Bowl Schedule is Set
FOXBORO -- The Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association has announced the matchups and schedule for the eight state football championships that will be played at Gillette Stadium on Friday, Nov. 30, and Saturday, Dec. 1.
This will be the 12th consecutive year Gillette Stadium has hosted the games and the second straight year that all eight championship games will be played on the home turf of the five-time Super Bowl champion New England Patriots.
The two-day event, which begins on Nov. 30 with a Friday Night Lights doubleheader featuring Nashoba Regional vs. Dighton-Rehoboth and North Andover vs. King Philip, continues with six championship games on Dec. 1.
The Kraft family will donate the use of Gillette Stadium’s field for the games.
Tickets for the MIAA championships are on sale via Ticketmaster, and will be available on game day at the Gillette Stadium Ticket Office, located outside the Patriot Place Gate. The ticket office will be open at 9 a.m. Friday and 8 a.m. Saturday.
Tickets are $17 for adults and $14 for students/senior citizens. Children 5 years old and younger will receive free admission. The ticket price includes parking and includes action to all the day’s games.
