Preliminary plat approvals on agenda for Aiken County Planning Commission meeting Thursday
The Aiken County Planning Commission will consider requests for preliminary plat approvals for two subdivisions – Townhomes of Chukker Creek and Galphin Plantation – during its meeting at 6 p.m. Thursday at the Aiken County Government Center.
The Townhomes of Chukker Creek applicant is Jeff Hudson, and the engineer is Johnson, Laschober & Associates.
Plans call for 21.8 acres south of Aiken on Chukker Creek Road to be divided into 88 lots.
The Galphin Plantation applicant is Robert Flanagin.
Plans call for 117.05 acres southeast of Aiken on Storm Branch Road to be divided into 10 lots.
The meeting will be held in the Sandlapper Room, which is on the first floor of the Government Center.
The Government Center is at 1930 University Parkway in Aiken.
