Sheriff: Raleigh man accused of killing brother over video game repair
A Raleigh man was being held Monday without bond in connection with the killing of his brother, according to the Wake County Sheriff’s Office and court documents.
Larry Ruffin, 40, of Lincoln Court, has been charged with murder in the stabbing death of Carlton Maurice Ruffin on Sunday.
Deputies responded to an apartment at 1400 Creech Road, near Garner, and found Carlton Ruffin unresponsive. He died en route to WakeMed, authorities said.
A witness told investigators that Larry Ruffin came to the apartment to repair a video game system and that the two men got into an argument that escalated into violence.
