HUNTINGTON — With just over a month left until Christmas, the city of Huntington has begun decking its halls — and streets — with lights and tinsel to get the Jewel City into the holiday spirit.

The Huntington Christmas Parade of Lights will be at 5:30 p.m. Dec. 1 and will begin on 4th Ave. at the intersection of 12th St. and proceed west down 4th Ave., then to 3rd Ave. via 8th St. The parade will end on 3rd Ave. at the intersection of 11th St.

The Huntington Chamber of Commerce is taking applications for participation. Businesses and organizations that are interested in participating can contact chamber@huntingtonchamber.org or 304-525-5131.
