One arrested after shooting in Huntington
HUNTINGTON - One person was arrested after a shooting occurred Thursday evening at MedExpress in the 3100 block of U.S. 60 in Huntington.
According to Huntington Police Chief Hank Dial, officers with the Huntington Police Department responded to the scene after 4 p.m., where one victim suffered a gunshot wound and was transported to the hospital. The suspect was still on the scene when police arrived and was arrested.
As of press time Thursday, the investigation was continuing and detectives were interviewing witnesses.

The following information was provided by booking records kept at Western Regional Jail:
Tayron Jerome Griffin, 18, was jailed at 9:45 a.m. Thursday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with malicious wounding and robbery. Bond was not set.
Chasity Dawn Street, 33, was jailed at 12:35 p.m. Thursday. Authorities in Lincoln County charged her with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and a misdemeanor for possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $50,000.
