The following hearings are scheduled for August and September:
Driving under the influence
John Telford Crise, 62, Somerset, was charged May 17 with driving under the influence. State police said Crise drove with a blood alcohol level of 0.29 percent. He was passed out in a vehicle along Lowry Road in Somerset Township May 12, according to a probable-cause affidavit. His eyes were red, bloodshot and glassy. His speech was slurred and confused, according to the affidavit. A hearing is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. Sept. 4.
Adam Richard Lloyd, 32, Somerset, was charged June 20 with driving under the influence. State police said Lloyd drove with a blood alcohol level of 0.30 percent on North Center Avenue in Somerset Township June 17. He showed signs of intoxication at the traffic stop, such as bloodshot, glassy eyes and slurred speech, according to a probable-cause affidavit. A hearing is scheduled for 10:10 a.m. Aug. 28.
