Digital Asset Monetary Network Returns to Current Status on OTC Markets
NEW YORK, Sept. 07, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Digital Asset Monetary Network, Inc., f/k/a Digital Arts Media Network (OTCMKTS: DATI), a specialized tech accelerator leveraging its Public Accelerator-Incubator (PAI) model, announced today that the Company has returned to a “Current Status” on the OTC Marketplace.
As essentially stated in the press release – “ DATI Provides a Late Filing Notification and Temporary Status Change for Additional Transparency ” dated August 13th, an oversight resulted in a missed invoice when the Company was transitioning to a new email system. DATI immediately reapplied with the OTC Markets Group. Regrettably, this resulted in a temporary downgrade in listing status and the reapplication process took approximately 15 business days to complete.
“Fortunately, the downgrade in our status with OTC Markets was not due to an inability to file our quarterly disclosure timely, nor for a lack of capital,” stated Ajene Watson, CEO of Digital Asset Monetary Network, Inc. “A simple oversight on our part was the cause and I take full responsibility. The unusual time it took to straighten out the matter however, was unfortunately exacerbated by our filing to change our corporate name with FINRA.”
“Nonetheless, our name change went effective with FINRA on September 5th. Our reapplication with OTC Markets was approved on September 5th. Our quarterly disclosures were filed on September 6th, and today we’re back to ‘Current Status’ with OTC Markets. Now, we push forward.”
