US-CHINA TRADE TALKS-HUAWEI _ The Justice Department’s new charges against the Chinese tech giant Huawei and a top Huawei executive are sure to affect the U.S.-China trade talks being held Wednesday and Thursday in Washington. Despite the escalation in tensions likely to result from the charges, the financial world will be hoping for some sort of accord this week to prevent any escalation of the two nations’ trade war and perhaps for some agreement, however tentative, on the Trump administration’s key complaints. HUAWEI-T-MOBILE’S ROBOT _ The U.S. government is alleging Chinese tech company Huawei went so far as to steal a robot’s arm in its bid to get its hands on T-Mobile’s trade secrets.
