Roadwork to narrow Highway 95 Monday night
Road maintenance will require nighttime lane closures on Highway 95 in Bullhead City tonight
Drivers should use caution and allow extra travel time
The Arizona Department of Transportation advises motorists to plan for lane closures on north- and southbound Highway 95 between the southern end of the Bullhead Parkway (milepost 241) and Meadows Drive (milepost 242) for pavement repair.
The work is scheduled to occur from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.
Highway 95 will be narrowed to one lane in each direction while work is underway.
The restrictions are necessary so ADOT crews can place a sealant over the existing asphalt, which helps to protect and extend the life of the highway pavement.
Drivers should proceed through the work zone with caution, slow down and watch for construction personnel and equipment.
Schedules are subject to change based on weather and other unforeseen factors.
