Erie man indicted on child pornography charges

An Erie man faces up to four decades behind bars after his indictment by a federal grand jury on child pornography charges, U.S. Attorney Scott Brady announced Friday.

Terry Chase White, 50, was named as the sole defendant in the two-count indictment.

According to prosecutors, White “received and possessed computer images and movies depicting prepubescent minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct.”

If convicted, White faces up to 40 years in prison and a fine of $500,000.
