Lucky 13 CHS Students’ Artwork is Accepted into UMass Lowell Exhibit
CHELMSFORD -- Several students at Chelmsford High School have had artwork accepted into the first University of Massachusetts Lowell High School Art Exhibit.
The opening reception and awards for the exhibit will be held Sunday, Dec. 2, from 1 to 3 p.m., at the Mahoney Hall Student Art Gallery on UMass Lowell’s South Campus. Public viewing hours, from Dec. 1 to Dec. 21, are Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Thursdays, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.; and Fridays and Saturdays, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
“I am so proud of all of the students,” said Teresa Karangioze, the CHS art teachers who submitted the students’ work for the exhibit. “These art pieces showcase their hard work and artistic skills in a variety of materials.”
