Stress Factory: Lavell Crawford plays Bridgeport
Comedian Lavell Crawford is doing a two-night gig at the Stress Factory Comedy Club.
Crawford is known for both his stand-up appearances around the country and his acting work as bodyguard Huell Babineaux on the hit AMC series “Breaking Bad” and its follow-up show “Better Call Saul.” He has also appeared as the stand-up comedian Landslide on the situation comedy “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia.”
The comic got his first big national break with an appearance on the NBC reality series “Last Comic Standing.”
Crawford has appeared on three “Adult Swim” shows — “Aqua TV Show Show,” “Squidbillies” and “Your Pretty Face is Going to Hell.”
The comedian recorded a live stand-up show in his home town of St. Louis, “Can a Brother Get Some Love?,” that is available on DVD.
