Waupun Police Beat 11-30 to 12-4, 2018

Traffic Stop – Friday at 2:36 a.m., police conducted a traffic stop on Beaver Dam Street at Grace Street. A 19-year-old man was taken into custody and was cited for violating absolute sobriety. The man was released to a responsible party.

Disturbance – Friday at 10:07 a.m., police responded to a residence in the 900 block of South Madison Street for a physical domestic disturbance. A 44-year-old Waupun woman was taken into custody for disorderly conduct and was transported to Dodge County Jail.

Warrant – Saturday at 9:14 a.m., police responded to a residence in the 300 block of Grandview Avenue for a warrant pickup. A 35-year-old Waupun man was taken into custody on a Dodge County failure to appear warrant. The man was turned over to a Dodge County Sheriff’s Office deputy.

Court Order Violation – Sunday at 4:25 p.m., police responded to a report of a court order violation. Police made contact with the suspect, a 24-year-old Waupun woman, at a residence in the first hundred block of West Jefferson Street. The woman was taken into custody for violating a harassment injunction and was transported to Dodge County Jail.

Disorderly Conduct: Tuesday at 2:27 a.m., police responded to the 700 block of East Jefferson Street for a verbal argument between a male and a female. The female wanted the male out of her house.

Juvenile Problem: Tuesday at 8:33 a.m., police responded to 500 block of Beaver Dam Street for a six-year-old child out of control.

Juvenile Problem: Tuesday at 8:57 a.m., police responded to the 400 block of East Spring Street in reference to a child not wanting to go to school.

Traffic Accident: Tuesday at 3:26 p.m., police responded to a traffic accident with road blockage at Fond du Lac and Sommerville streets. A car and a truck had collided.

Alarm: Tuesday at 8:18 p.m., police responded to an alarm in first block of Gateway Drive.

Ambulance: Tuesday at 11:38 p.m., police responded to the 100 block of North Watertown Street in reference to an ambulance call. It was reported that a person took 25 pills.
