ViewRay: 2Q Earnings Snapshot
OAKWOOD VILLAGE, Ohio (AP) _ ViewRay Inc. (VRAY) on Friday reported a loss of $22 million in its second quarter.
On a per-share basis, the Oakwood Village, Ohio-based company said it had a loss of 30 cents.
The results missed Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of four analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for a loss of 22 cents per share.
The radiation therapy systems maker posted revenue of $16.4 million in the period, surpassing Street forecasts. Four analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $14.3 million.
ViewRay expects full-year earnings in the range of $80 to $90 per share.
ViewRay shares have risen 32 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has more than doubled in the last 12 months.
