The release said Lori M. Winn, 33, was arrested for methamphetamine and possession; Ryan M. Kramer, 34, was arrested for meth possession; Matthew D. Holm, 30, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia; and Seth R. Hamilton, 26, was arrested for a probation and parole hold.
Police reported finding 1.8 grams of meth, 0.5 grams of heroin and “numerous implements of paraphernalia affiliated with the use of meth and heroin.” The search warrant was executed by the Sauk County Drug Task Force.
