LARAMIE, Wyo. (AP) _ Becky Hammon had 27 points and six assists, and No. 8 Colorado State used accurate shooting throughout to beat Wyoming 93-67 Saturday.

CSU (20-1) gained a 45-31 halftime lead behind 53-percent shooting (19-of-36). The Rams only got hotter in the second half, making 61 percent (19-of-31).

Hammon, who entered the game averaging 19.8 points, was 11-of-16 from the field, including 5-of-9 on 3-pointers.

Katie Cronin contributed 15 points, and Angie Gorton 11 rebounds for the Rams, who outrebounded Wyoming 43-29.

Wyoming (5-11) was led by Jenny Lazzeri's 16 points. Carrie Bacon and Shelby Hoffman added 15 apiece.

The Cowgirls, who committed 23 turnovers while forcing 16, shot 41 percent (25-61).
