Xperi: 2Q Earnings Snapshot
SAN JOSE, Calif. (AP) _ Xperi Corp. (XPER) on Tuesday reported a loss of $5.8 million in its second quarter.
On a per-share basis, the San Jose, California-based company said it had a loss of 12 cents. Earnings, adjusted for amortization costs and non-recurring costs, were 72 cents per share.
The provider of chip technology for small electronic devices posted revenue of $75.1 million in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $92.3 million.
For the current quarter ending in October, Xperi said it expects revenue in the range of $88 million to $92 million.
The company expects full-year revenue in the range of $395 million to $415 million.
Xperi shares have increased slightly more than 5% since the beginning of the year. The stock has increased 19% in the last 12 months.
