Med-Data inks big lease in Havenwood Office Park

Med-Data, a national provider of technology-enabled management services for hospitals and health systems, has leased 50,717 square feet in Havenwood Office Park, at 25700 Interstate 45 North in The Woodlands. Lisa Hughes of The J. Beard Real Estate Co. represented the landlord, Havenwood Land Developments. Kevin Saxe and Alex Hayden of CBRE represented the tenant.

BS North Loop West, an affiliate of Houston-based Simpkins Group, has acquired the six-story, 129,250-square-foot office building at 1919 North Loop West from Weingarten Realty Investors. Rudy Hubbard, Kevin McConn and Rick Goings of JLL represented the seller. JLL’s Paul House and John Ream arranged acquisition financing.

Interstate Restoration, a Fort Worth-based emergency restoration and general contractor specializing in commercial property repairs, has opened a Houston office. Led by general manager Adam Ochoa, the 8,000-square-foot office at 3403 N. Sam Houston Parkway West will eventually house about 30 employees.

Van Beest USA has leased 29,291 square feet in Boulevard Oaks Business Park, at 5615 W. Fuqua in southwest Houston, for its U.S. headquarters. The company makes and supplies accessories for lifting chain and steel wire rope. Ryan Fuselier and Geoff Perrott of JLL represented the tenant. Allison Bergman, Beau Kaleel and Jim Foreman of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Hines.

Florida Water Products, a provider of swimming pool equipment, chemicals, replacement parts and building materials, has leased 21,750 square feet at 1430 Vanderwilt Lane. Shaffer Braun of NAI Partners represented the landlord.

Machina Automation has leased 7,531 square feet at 1775 St. James Place. Dan Boyles of NAI Partners represented the tenant. Parker Duffie with CBRE represented the landlord.

Lomi has purchased a 66,893-square-foot industrial building on 3 acres at 10502 Fallstone from Sercel. William Rudolf and Kyle Golding with CBRE represented the seller.

Wealth Enhancement Group has leased 4,966 square feet at 1800 West Loop. Louann Pereira with Transwestern represented the landlord, Keppel-KBS 1800 West Loop. Ryan Fassett and Josh Marcell with Moody Rambin represented the tenant.

The Powell Foundation has leased 2,267 square feet of office space at 2001 Kirby. Chris Lewis and Jill Nesloney of Lee & Associates represented the landlord, 2001 Kirby Building Inc. Tommy Wilson and Jay Cliburn with Fritsche Anderson represented the tenant.

International Trip Planning Services has leased 8,588 square feet at 10333 Richmond. Travis Taylor of Lee & Associates represented the tenant. Kim Shapiro and Mike Martin with PMRG represented the landlord, BRI 1863 Richmond.

Lassiter Industries has leased 9,079 square feet of office/industrial space at 321 Century Plaza. Greg Usher of Cypressbrook Co. represented the tenant. Val Costello of Brummett and Co. represented the landlord.

Next Level Urgent Care has leased 4,283 square feet at 5718 Westheimer. Tyler Merritt and Marilyn Guion with CBRE represented the landlord, 5718 Westheimer Road Investors. Ryan Fassett and Josh Marcell with Moody Rambin represented tenant.

Aspiring Dental Solutions has leased 4,040 square feet lease at 2950 S. Gessner. Doc Perrier and William McCarthy with Finial Group represented the landlord.
