Harry Rubin Joins Kramer Levin as Partner and Head of IP and Tech Transactions Practice

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct 1, 2018--Harry Rubin is joining Kramer Levin’s Corporate departmen t in New York as a partner and head of the firm’s new Intellectual Property and Technology Transactions practice.

A globally recognized lawyer for IP strategy, transactions and financing, and technology commercialization, Mr. Rubin joins Kramer Levin from Ropes & Gray LLP, where he was a partner representing clients in global mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, financings, and IP protection and commercialization.

Mr. Rubin represents a wide array of businesses, from startups to multinationals, Fluent in four languages, he transacts business in German, French and Hebrew and has a long-established track record of running deals in the European and Israeli markets, in addition to his domestic work.
