MISDEMEANOR WARRANT, BULLHEAD CITY — Ryan William Shean, 29, was arrested about 7:40 a.m. Aug. 13 near the intersection of Talc Road and Talc Way for a misdemeanor warrant for failure to pay fines, according to police documents. Shean was booked into the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.
BURGLARY, NARCOTIC VIOLATION, PARAPHERNALIA, WARRANT, BULLHEAD CITY — John Christopher Warner, 30, was arrested about 11 a.m. Aug. 13 in the area of Hancock Road and Clearwater Drive for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear and suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotic drugs. Officers reported locating heroin and several drug paraphernalia items including a pipe, syringes and a spoon, said Emily Fromelt, Bullhead City Police Department spokeswoman. Warner also was arrested for burglary relating to another case of a residential burglary in April where officers reported Warner’s fingerprints were located. Warner was booked into the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.
ORDER OF PROTECTION VIOLATION, BULLHEAD CITY — Jessica Christine Irvin, 39, was arrested about 1:30 p.m. Aug. 13 on suspicion of violating an order of protection when she made contact with her father who has an order of protection against her, said Emily Fromelt, department spokeswoman. Irvin was booked into the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.
MISDEMEANOR WARRANT, BULLHEAD CITY — Police arrested Gerald Kenneth Safran, 69, about 4:20 p.m. Aug. 13 in the 600 block of Highway 95 for a misdemeanor post-adjudication warrant issued from Kingman, according to police documents. Safran was booked into the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.
