LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) _ Senior forward Anna DeForge scored 16 points Tuesday night to lead No. 14 Nebraska to an overwhelming 95-57 win over Northern Illinois.

Nebraska (11-3) was plagued with fouls in the first half and sent Northern Illinois to the charity stripe 19 times. The Huskies made 13 free throws.

The Huskers’ frustrating half was capped by a technical foul on head coach Paul Sanderford with 4:16 left. Nebraska led 45-38 at intermission.

The Huskers rattled off 16 consecutive points to open the second half and put the game out of reach.

Charlie Rogers added 13 for Nebraska, while Brooke Schwartz and Emily Thompson had 12 apiece. In all, 12 Huskers scored in the game.

Amanda Reese led Northern Illinois (1-7) with 14 points, while Kelly Sue Miller and Shawjuan Dorsey each had 13.
