Movie Minute: Shark thriller ‘The Meg’ swims into theaters

CLEVELAND, Ohio -- “Shark Week” may be over, but it still isn’t safe to go into the water as “The Meg” swims into theaters this weekend.

The Jason Statham thriller eschews the slow build-up of suspense that made “Jaws” a classic in favor of mindless fun with plenty of OMG and WTF shark moments.

Spike Lee is back with the based-on-a-true-story “BlackkKlansman.” If you liked “Marley & Me” or “Hotel for Dogs,” you’ll probably enjoy “Dog Days.”

Get a sneak peak at all three new films in the video, above.
