HMAF COMEDY: The Huntington Music and Arts Festival comedy show is set for 9 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 29 at Fourth Avenue Arts. The headliner is national touring act Brent Terhune. An On Tour records recording artist.

SHANK SHOW: At 8 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 23, veteran Htown comic, Chris “Shank” Shanklin will be doing a special “Dirty Old Man” comedy show featuring Shank, headliner Carlin Hagerty as well as Jacob Hall, Jeromy Moore, and Nathan Thomas at The Press Club. Cover is $5.

COMEDY AT THE ARENA: At 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 9, truTv’s “Impractical Jokers” starring the Tenderloins will be coming to the Big Sandy Arena.
