November 22, 2018

JEFFERSON -- The Jefferson Public Library has announced its youth programming for next week.

Maker Monday will be Monday from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. The theme will be black crows. The craft will be available all week while supplies last.

Storytime will be held Wednesday, Nov. 28, at 10 a.m. It will include stories, songs and rhymes designed to help children develop the early literacy skills they need to be reading ready. The activity is suitable for ages 1-5.

In adult programming, “Guitarcheology,” a Fort Atkinson-based guitar ensemble, will play music for the holiday season Friday, Dec. 14, from 4-5 p.m. in the library meeting room. The concert is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be provided by the Friends of the Jefferson Public Library.

The ensemble consists of members from Fort Atkinson, Jefferson, Palmyra and Watertown who enjoy the acoustic guitar and the opportunity to share it with others.
